Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

• Domestic (Standard): 2–5 business days
• Domestic (Express): 1–2 business days
• International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs)

Discreet Packaging

Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging with no external reference to the contents. All peptides are packed with insulating materials and, when necessary, cold packs to maintain product integrity in transit.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. We cannot guarantee delivery in regions where research peptides are restricted.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns only in the following cases:

• Product arrived damaged or defective
• Incorrect item was shipped
• Order did not arrive within a reasonable timeframe
